Our day and dinner cruise menus on your BVI yacht charters, shown below, reflect the best of fresh ingredients currently available in the islands. Term charter guests enjoy other selections as well. We also have an extensive hors d'oeuvres and buffet menu for special events/larger groups; we'll be glad to send you one!

If you have a craving for something special, please ask. We offer lots of choices, so we'll ask you to pre-order food and beverages when you make your reservation.

Lunch Menu

Our sample menus reflect some of our guests' favorites:

Wrap-o-rama: Mesquite Flank Steak, Tequila Lime Chicken or Caramelized Veggies and Toasted Almonds, with Pepperjack Cheese, wrapped in flavorful sun-dried tomato or spinach tortillas served with Corn and Black Bean Salsa Salad.

Platter of Coconut Orange Glazed Chicken Breasts and Thighs, served with crunchy Greek Tabouleh Salad. Loaded with olives, fresh plum tomatoes, cucumbers, basil, lemon and just the right amount of feta cheese.

Crisp Jumbo Shrimp tossed with Spicy Sesame Noodles, Sugar Snap Peas, Radishes and Confetti Carrots on a bed of Romaine.

...and Mocha Brownie Triangles, bite-sized Pecan Pies and Fresh Fruit

Dinner Menu

Spiced Nuts, Olives and Assorted Canapés with Cocktails

Cream of Roasted Vegetable Soup with Basil
Cantaloupe Wedges Wrapped with Prosciutto
Crab Cakes with fresh Tomato Salsa

Mixed Greens with Toasted Walnuts in Sherry Vinaigrette
